Introduction
Of Mice and Men included a close collaboration with Special Collections at the Golda Meir Library and its director Max Yela, using primary source documents from the Fromkin Collection as research source materials for actors, a display in the theater lobby of related materials, and the inclusion of photos from the era as video in the set. The production used contemporary music to connect the experience of the Depression to the audience. The production was framed with dialogue constructed from portions of "Let Us Now Praise Famous Men."
